Both Westjet and Air Canada as low as $455 from Winnipeg to Moncton, or Halifax!
I can't think of when it has been that cheap to fly to the coast. I think this is your answer to our weak American dollar. See the east coast of Canada this year.
I will investigate and write more, after work tonight! But my first, quick glance shows lots of dates available for both airlines.
