I have stayed at Caesar's Palace this year, and of course, recommend it. The Cromwell is also of the Caesar's chain and is a gorgeous boutique hotel with a fabulous signature restaurant, Giada's.

Ooooh, if I didn't have to work this week, well, I'd be in Vegas.
